Shipping takes between 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation of when
your order has been shipped.

To track your order, please check your shipment email from us to confirm who your carrier
is. Then, you can simply click on the tracking number to track it from the website.

Sorry sweets, once your order has been placed, we won't be able to cancel or make changes to your order.

Sorry, we do not offer return until the product you receive is defective and needs to be exchanged. If that’s not possible either, we offer store credit but no refunds on products sold.

Please make sure all return products must be unworn/unused with original tags and/or packaging.

You can return the item only if it’s in a damaged or defective condition. And you can exchange it at the shipping cost of $12 for a new size or fit.
